I want to thank all of you (even before my procedure) for putting up with this whiney and confused dude.
You worked very hard with my insurance company to obtain my treatment, and at a reasonable cost, to boot.
At every turn I was met with compassion, respect, and a sense of light-heartedness which is often difficult to find.
